I ordered the Halibut fried in Butter, accompanied by “Broccoli-crudite, jerusalem artichoke three ways: hollandaise, confit, and chips. (F,E, L)”, and this is what it looked like:
The halibut was delicate and melted in the mouth, and the accompanying flavors blended perfectly.
Once we finished, we wandered through Oslo for a little while, checking out some of the architecture while stretching our legs after dinner.
